The service
NeraTek provides AI-powered lead qualification, intelligent landing pages, and demand intelligence for real estate teams. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to represent the agency or team you register.
Pricing & payment
NeraTek is offered at €29 per agent per month, billed monthly with no setup fees. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including by breaking the law, infringing the rights of others, or attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Your data & responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consent to process the buyer and contact data you run through NeraTek, in line with the GDPR.
Intellectual property
NeraTek and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your subscription is active.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep NeraTek available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, NeraTek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
